Service Agreement Description
This is designed to be a proactive plan to perform preventative maintenance and upkeep to your vital computer systems. It is also able to be used as a reactive plan as well with no additional charges or rate increases.
What do you get for you money each month? Each computer you sign up for a service contract will be connected to at a time or schedule we decide upon, your computer will be checked for malware/viruses updates will be installed, and hardware tests will be performed.
Specific requirements and needs are welcome and pricing scales exist for agreements larger than 10 units.
Scheduled remote maintenance for your computer or up to 1 hour of support time by remote connection.
Whichever comes first. Onsite service is available and will not include transportation charges.
Maintenance Services Include:
- Update operating system and applications.
- Virus/Malware scans and removal.
- Hardware testing and troubleshooting.
- Report and recommendation from your monthly service performed if requested or deemed necessary.
Support Services Include:
- Data Recovery.
- Virus/Malware Removal.
- Hardware Failures.
Or any service deemed relevant to the covered equipment function
- Labor block discounts.
- In town (The Dalles) Transportation charges waived.
- Out of town (The Dalles) Transportation charges discounted.
- Priority Service.
