What do you get for you money each month? Each computer you sign up for a service contract will be connected to at a time or schedule we decide upon, your computer will be checked for malware/viruses updates will be installed, and hardware tests will be performed.
This is a proactive contact designed to perform preventative maintenance and upkeep to your vital computer systems.
Scope of this service agreement include,
- 1 hour of remote or onsite maintenance for each computer you have covered.
- Check for viruses/malware.
- Hardware Testing.
- Cleanup and recover hard drive space by optimizing your hard drive.
- Update windows and other specified programs updated.
- A report and recommendation from your monthly service performed.

What about out of scope events?
- For every computer you sign up for you will get a half hour for out of scope incidents.
